What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Meet lots of different people from different teams and get to know what other people do in the charity.
Everyone is really committed, work hard and friendly/ happy to help.
Work is really interesting and relevant to external environment (policy work and healthcare system interactions).
You get the chance to take part in extra charity work e.g. bucket collecting, helping at fundraising events, staff fundraising.

Worst

You don't get the 'perks' that many corporate companies do-but equally you feel more valued doing work in a charity than a corporate business.
Rotational aspect can be challenging- settling in to a new team and a new project every 6 months can be hard!
