What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

We rotate around the business so are able to learn about the whole process property and are then able to decide where we would like to end up. This is great to learn about the business and to network with loads of people.

Worst

Sometimes the rotations are short so are unable to get really stuck into a project, this can be a little frustrating at the time.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Show you are passionate about house building and the company. Use all of your experience to sell yourself and show your skills.

Do you have any interview tips?

At the assessment day be yourself. During the tasks remember to work with the other candidates, team work is important and what they are looking for. Don't be afraid to say your opinion, and believe in what you are saying.

In the interview do some research on the company, property and development news and have a list of examples to demonstrate your skills and abilities to work for the company. They want to get to know you better, so show that you have done the back work to prepare you for the interview.
