What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
At Countryside, you get to experience 8 different departments over the two year rotational programme, helping to build your knowledge of the housebuilding industry as well as Countryside. You also establish key contacts within the business along the way including board members.
Worst
Time within some departments is limited and it sometimes feels that once you're settled in a team, it's time to move on again. Nonetheless, an experience worth having.
