What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Some really great personalities and really nice supportive culture.
Worst
As a new starter and someone only just beginning their career, I felt like I was given work for the sake of it, with too little responsibility, or tasks which I didn't understand the value of.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Have an understanding of the electrical industry. It's probably the hardest part to understand.

There's an assessment centre which should be straightforward if you're switched on, know what to expect, and go in with a level of confidence (but not arrogance).
