What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I had the fortune of doing an internship with JLR during my university degree and received a job offer on the back of my performance during this period.
For those fresh to the company, I would do my best to convey enthusiasm and strong team working skills / experience. Technical credentials only count for so much compared to attitude and presence in an interview.
Paint a picture that gets a person reviewing your application interested in you.
