What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make it clear you understand the target-driven nature of recruitment and that you enjoy those aspects. Practice the psychometric tests!
Do you have any interview tips?
Do your research into REED and the graduate scheme. Prepare examples of resilience and of working to targets. You do not need to know exactly what you want to do in a few years but you need to show ambitions for management.
