What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

There are a few different stages to the application process. Once your CV has been considered and approved, you will be sent a personality quiz and a Maths quiz. I am not sure what the standard is to pass these so have no advice.

Next, there is an online pre-recorded interview where you record answers to interview questions. Again, I don't know what the standard is. I would suggest using the STAR method.

After a few months you may be invited to the assessment day

Do you have any interview tips?

There are a few different steps on the interview day:

Group activity: make sure your opinion is heard and that you are actively participating.

Case Study: It was a business case study so having a basic understanding of analytical techniques like PESTEL or SWOT would be useful

It is good to demonstrate what skills you have rather than just explaining. This can be done using the STAR method.
Some questions I remember:
- Give a time where you continued to develop a skill

For the presentation, it is on a topic of your choosing so it is good to choose a topic that is more relevant to the company. If not, just emphasize the specific skills that are relevant even if the project itself isn't.
