What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Being part of the marketing team, we're responsible for people's perception of the company. Being in the front line we shape what people see as Mott MacDonald. It's very rewarding when our work is showcased around the world, through social media and surpasses what our competitors are doing.
Worst
Sometimes marketing is seen as low level department as it doesn't generate profits for the business.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
