What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company values and make sure they align with your own. The folks at Morrisons know these inside and out. Be able to give good examples of what these mean for you.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be able to demonstrate leadership, that you can act proactively. This isn't a grad scheme where someone will be holding your hand all the way through, so you need to be able to take charge. Find the balance here though, taking charge can easily turn into being arrogant, and northern folks are quite humble!
