What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Meeting new people on a daily basis, from candidates to external/internal stakeholders.
- I genuinely change candidates lives and help them launch new careers within Technology.
- Improving clients' businesses by providing the best tech talent.
- Job variety, everyday is different.

Worst

- Work life balance. Given the nature of the role and the incentives, I can often find myself working odd hours. Although I enjoy the role, so it isn't that much of a bad thing!
