What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The team and the colleagues are just fantastic, I actually enjoying coming to work and after 3 contract positions after university, this is the first one I can honestly say I enjoy.

Worst

Unnecessary administration.

Do you have any interview tips?

In all honesty, to be yourself. The company has a very approachable, open culture, so in the interview, understanding character, as well as having the capability to perform is just as important.
Questions firstly center around your CV and experience to date, then there are comprehensive questions which align with Menzies' philosophy, again emphasizing the importance of character and team collaboration.
