Best
Friendly colleagues who want to help with development and career progression.
Variety of projects to work on, never gets boring.
Worst
Sometimes there is an expectation of working in your own time to meet deadlines. A lot of senior colleagues work through their lunch break and on weekends which adds a pressure to do the same.
