The opportunities to rotate are often exciting and demanding. The starting salary is good.
Worst
Operational (customer-facing) roles are quite demanding, but they upskill you. It is a bit of a trial by fire.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Practice the psychometric and ability assessments well in advance (at least 2-3 nights before the test) so that you can ace them. There are low pass rates for it, so it is worth practicing.
Do you have any interview tips?
STAR method. The main area of the business is recruitment and employability. The interviewers will have used this rigorously and taught many candidates or participants to use exactly this, so will expect the exact same of you.
Also take a moment to think through the question, and ask them to repeat it if necessary. Your response time is not the focus for them,
