What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

There is a lot of flexibility working at VMO2 which I really like, especially with the hybrid working pattern, and the vast range of offices located throughout the country.

Worst

I did not get a choice with my first rotation and it was not focused as much on the sort of technology I would have wanted out of my first rotation.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure to show yourself off, not just in your hard skills (i.e. coding) but also in your soft skills (project management, time management).

Do you have any interview tips?

My honest advice would be to be yourself as this comes across more authentic and gives your the best opportunity to get the role. I would also say team work is a big skill to learn for this.
