What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

Start: 8:00

Finish: 16:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

explain that you are interested in a particular area such as Security, programming etc but ensure that you are clear about wanting to try other things and that you are flexible with travel arrangements.

Do you have any interview tips?

part of the assessment centre involved a group exercise. Ensure that you show the assessors that you are able to both listen and take on board other people's comments but then just as easily provide your opinion as well. Where you disagree with a colleague, ensure that you explain clearly, and kindly why you disagree and offer an alternative solution.

There is also an aptitude test which unfortunately cannot really be practiced.

There is also a one hour interview. Cgi try to ensure that someone relating to the field in which you are interested in will conduct the interview. In this they asked for all sorts of typical interview style questions such as strengths and weaknesses (my advice would be just be honest about weaknesses... Don't say something like "I'm a perfectionist". I said that I wasn't very confident at presenting in front of crowds but that I'm seeking to improve this). They also asked about examples of difficult colleagues or other sort of scenario example questions.
