What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I advise candidates to definitely take the opportunity to look into this company and work for them. This is definitely the place for individuals who are not able to find a job in the IT industry and for those who would like to start a new journey in the field. The company trains you and places you in blue chip companies where you can build your IT experience and knowledge.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be prepared for the Assessment Day. Make sure to ask the recruiter as much information as you need in order to be ready for the assessment day tests. The mini interviews are simple as long as you read up about the company and clearly state why you want to be apart of their company and why you have chosen IT.
