What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be interesting; FDM has a ton of trainees with finance/computing/business degrees. Having a unique edge (mine was my unusual degree) will make you stand out. Aptitude is oddly not as important as for similar roles, as they will be providing training anyway.

Back up what you say with examples. Don't just say "I am organised" - tell them about a time when being organised was relevant and crucial to completing an objective.
