What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Finish: 17:45

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Bearing in mind that I applied for a graduate developer role: prove technical skills if you have any, show eagerness and know facts about the company so that your enthusiasm is evidenced. Interviewers are always impressed by candidates who know their company and to a larger extent the industry that you want to work in, so maybe have some choice news articles you want to reference; "oh did you hear about the new version of PHP, such and such feature is going to be a game changer!"

Do you have any interview tips?

Standard assessment centers, group exercises and interviews. Don't be a loudmouth and don't say nothing either. Remember that getting hired is a 2 way street and that if you didn't get the job it doesn't mean that you're "no good", it just means that you would have been a bad fit (and therefore would have had a terrible time) at the company.
