What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Loads of opportunities for self-development and growth
- The support provided by the wellbeing team
- The trainers are knowledgeable and everyone is very approachable!
- Management actively seeks feedback and values input, they act on it and make improvements.

Worst

- The starting salary is on the lower end.
- Doing client interviews during core training can be very stressful

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Start: 09:00

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

While having a tech background isn't mandatory, having one certainly offers a significant advantage. The training provided is intensive and fast-paced, and without prior knowledge, individuals will more than likely find themselves at a disadvantage when completing the technical modules. You should familiarise yourself with basic computer science concepts and programming before starting.

Do you have any interview tips?

The final stage of the the recruitment process was made up of an assessment centre and final interview. The assessment centre was a group based exercise, it wasn't technical at all, more just getting to know you as a person and a look at your soft skills. As for the final interview, it consisted of scenario based questions.
