What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Trainers are great teachers who structure the course really well, and I always get the opportunity to enrol in extra courses and additional training if I want to.
Worst
Although the bursary is better than 0, the money during training is low, and the starting salary once you have a role is still not great. Uncertainty of when you'll get put on payroll left me worried at times.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
More emphasis on your "soft skills" and what you can draw on from your work experience, rather than the grades and name of your University.
