What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The academy training teaches you a large amount within 6 weeks with opportunities to further develop afterwards (which they strongly support and encourage you to take), the support from the pastoral team goes above and beyond and the general work environment is friendly, supportive and extremely welcoming.

Worst

The nature of consultancy means that clients can often be placed anywhere across the country, so you don't always get much control over location. However, when you do get sent to a client site, Ten10 are extremely helpful with organising your relocation and helping you settle into a new, typically unfamiliar area.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
