- Good work/life balance.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just be yourself. Ten10 are consultants, so they are after people who fit their company culture. They don't just want IT experts, they want people who want to learn and develop. In fact, a high proportion (if not most) of the academy trainees do not come from a science background.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview is friendly and informal, so just be yourself and they'll see if you fit in with the company. There are no trick questions, but there is one semi-difficult roleplay question where you pretend to be a consultant who needs to discuss with a client about a project which has fallen behind. All your solutions will be rejected, but they are testing your resilience and creativity and how you handle difficulty in an inflexible environment.
