What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I gain from technical exposure & learning every day. I see code pretty much every day and I am now understanding how things come together and for someone with no tech background, this is really important to me.
Worst
Can be quite overwhelming because there is a lot to learn and pick up

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
My advice is as follows:
- Research. Do a lot of research surrounding the company. There is loads of publicly available material out there in regards to the company, its culture and what it's like working here.
- Be honest. From my application procedure, it was clear to me that the company was not looking for the best coder in the world with a tech background, instead, I elaborated on my genuine interest in the field even with no prior background in it.
- Reach out to recent graduate joiners and ask them about the application and interview process
