What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's a great organisation to be apart of, if you want to really go out and perform without being stuck behind the red tape which you would associate with large companies, RB (Reckitt Benckiser) is the place for you. If however you want a "comfortable" job where your not going to be pushed and pressured and given the chance to really show what your about, RB may not be the place for you.

The interview/assessment centre is an opportunitiy for you to demonstrate you can fit into the organisation. Learn what the core values of the organisation is and if they match your personal values this is the place for you- RB really lives by its values. The work life can be a pressured place to be so interviewers like to know what you like to do outside of work- get to know who YOU are.
