What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be open to opportunties and be clear of what you wish to obtain from the role. Do your research into the company and our initatives as this is what sets us aside from alternative graduate programmes, IT service providers and recruitment companies. We have a strong moral and ethical standpoint in additon to our business objectives and these are very much guiding principles across all departments.

Talk about where you wish to see yourself/ how you could contribute to the organisation. You initial role is that of an extended interview so allow yourself to be open to potential change and opportunities.

As an example, I would never have thought that I could enjoy and relish my role within a Sales capacity prior to learning more about my role and the organisation. No role change is a side step, more a learning opportunity.
