Best
Training all over the country and lots of it, having so much freedom but still so much involvement.
Worst
Its hard work and exhausting. Make sure you know what you're up against.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you are the type of person who is severely competitive and looking for your name to appear on golden plaques within 1 month of starting a role, this isn't for you. Willmott Dixon looks for people who are true team players, genuinely friendly and those who are not afraid to put in some hard graft in order to achieve a level of autonomy.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you know what you actually want, where you want to specialise. Don't be pretentious, Willmott Dixon is a family owned business and they prefer genuine, grounded people with good values and people skills above everything else. Interviews will be based on 121 with HR, group assessment and another 121 with a director.
The group assessment is a task-based activity. Relax, be a true team player, show co-operation, take some form of lead, remain charismatic and make your people and analytical skills shine.
