What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I see every aspect of the business and meet so many new people. The scheme allows you to complete placements in nearly every job role in the company and this is an amazing way to quickly gain knowledge and experience.

Worst

You have to manage your progress yourself (with help from mentors and managers) and it can feel a little overwhelming sometimes, but with proper management it will be worth it.
