What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The role is rotational so you experience several teams and get an overall experience of the whole department.

The culture and people in the department are always willing to help and very open minded.

Worst

Having started the role working from home, not being able to interact with others as much in person has been difficult.

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Try to get a balance of educational/professional qualifications as well as showing a bit about who you are and what you enjoy outside of studying/working. The application is the first time an employer gets a flavour of who you are so you want to get that across as much as possible.

Also try to show some interest in the sector/type of work you're interested in. Although having qualifications in that role is good, showing an interest in particular topics outside of that is always beneficial.

Do you have any interview tips?

Try to show as much of your personality as you can. Especially in video interviews, it can be hard to come across well when you are talking at a camera as opposed to another person.

Questions will be both related to you as an individual, your educational experience and your interests in the area you are applying for. Make sure you explain your answers fully and stick to the specified time limit (if applicable)
