Best

The team I work with are great and always willing to help. Each day is different working on site and I get to see something new happen each day. I'm always encouraged to get involved or try new things whilst at work.

Worst

The commute to site is quite far each day, however I know this is one of the parts of the role and luckily most days I avoid any traffic due to early starts.
