Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Read into the company in which you are applying. Understand the industry as best you can, but also dont be afraid to ask!

Really think about how your skills are best suited to a role. try and show how you are different.

Do you have any interview tips?

be yourself.
Remember that the person interviewing you can be as nervous as you are as you are interviewing them as much as you are being interviewed.
Use what you know about the company to your advantage, but also ask how they feel about the company.
Personal strengths and weaknesses are a classic question, but they will also ask what area you would be interested to train in. This is not for a final decison but to help guide them into where you could potentially fit into the WD teams
