What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Visit a Majestic wine store so you can get a feel for the atmosphere of a store and speak to the team to get a few different impressions on the day to day roles within the life of a Majestic employee.
Do you have any interview tips?
One of the stand out parts of the interview is being asked to sell a bottle of wine to the interviewer, this is a selling task and not a knowledge based task. Talk about what you have achieved and done on a personal level, any retail experience is really good to be able to reflect back on.
