Research about the company and find your strengths for the role you are applying for. When you get into the assessment centre, make sure to talk with your fellow applicants. It will make the group exercise much easier later on. Make sure to try and bring out the best of the people around you, and don't focus on trying to become the alpha in the room. They are looking for resourceful team players, and not managers (at this stage of your career anyway). It will be a big group, and with limited time, any non-constructive discussions will penalize everyone. In the 1on1 interview, be enthusiastic and confident. Be prepared to talk about personal experiences that will reflect your good work values. Most of all, enjoy the day.
