Utilise the company website and do plenty of research online.
Look at our competitors and what they are doing.
Even if you have not worked in the IT Software industry before then try and grasp a good basic understanding of what FinancialForce do, you don't have to know everything straight away, you just need to show that you have done some interview prep and that you are keen to learn.
