Let your personality show in your application.
Include a cover letter that does not come across as generic.
Carefully study the duties and responsibilities and include key words in your application with reasoning so it shows you've thought about it and chosen Vax not simply applied.

Express high interest in the duties /responsibilities - implies a long term plan to be in that role (or similar).
Avoid repeating yourself as it will appear you are unsure of yourself and your application.
Research into Vax so it shows it's more than just a job you’re going for -it’s the whole package - drop in key words that show you have done your homework.
Relax and be comfortable, in both conversation and body language - as it can predict how you will fit in within the Vax community if you just be yourself
