What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I enjoy the variety of work that I get to take part in. I like not being on one project for long periods of time. I have been able to take on smaller tasks as part of a wider project and feel a sense of achievement when I have completed them.

Worst

All of the extra commitments that come with the grad scheme. I have learnt a lot by taking part in the extra curricular activities offered such as setting up a business and completing a PGCert in nuclear technologies. But sometimes I feel like I have not left university, on top of day job you will come home and have work to complete for the grad scheme.
