Working in a supportive environment and getting to learn from professionals in your industry.

You do not get to work on the most complex cases straight away. It takes time to build your technical knowledge to the point where you can contribute to more complex work. Essentially it can be slow for your first year.

For the group interview part of the interview, listening to the other candidates is as important as talking. If there are five of you in the group interview for example, make sure you are talking for around 1/5 of the time. This will stop you from being too overbearing in the group stage.
