What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The flexibility. Work-Life Balance is key at GT. Opportunities across the country. The company is so wide and multicultural that you can learn so much from everyone.

Worst

Due to the work-life balance culture at GT it can be difficult at first to feel fully supported as senior people will have "odd" working hours. Just remember that they are there to help you when they are working, and if they are on their non-working day, then anyone in the company will genuinely be happy to help! Many different people at the company have different backgrounds, and some of their views can be very different to yours (it is a construction company at the end of the day). Be aware that you are in a professional setting and stay professional.
