What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The people I work with. FDM attracts and retains people with high engagement and a willingness to adapt to different situations so when the chips are down, you can rely on people coming together to figure out a solution and supporting you through your own challenges.

Worst

I would say you have to be ready to push and not rest on your laurels at any time. Good communication is key to success and making sure that you have all the information you need, or indeed highlighting to people that you have an issue is vital.

Starting salary: £39,000 - £41,000

Current salary: £70,000 - £75,000
