What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Every company wants people that can fit straight into an existing team and work well from day one. On an application you can show this by being very specific in the examples you give, and taking the time to really make that example relevant to the question you are being asked. For a question like "Why do you want to work for us?", don't just answer the question, but make yourself sound like the perfect person for what the job offers, by highlighting your skills and aspirations that match the requirements of the role.

The format of the questions will be split up by categories, which are based on the JLR High Performance Behaviours, which are given in the graduate application handbook. Think of as many examples as possible against each criteria as you will be asked about all of them, and work on making your answers match what they're looking for, but in a clear and concise way. Use the buzzwords such as agility and flexibility in your answers, and it will make it easy for the interviewer since his assessment sheet will likely be laid out in a similar way!
