What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Research the company and it's ethics, and ethos and business aims to be able to talk eloquently why you want to work there, and focus on why your skills would make you a great candidate who deserves to work in a company like Marsh. Do some practices for the online tests which are often available via your university careers centre. Make sure to have basic business knowledge: ROI, who the chancellor of the exchequer is etc... When writing about your skills, use examples and why that skill makes you a good candidate.

Do you have any interview tips?

Think about your presentation and communication and focus on being clear and calm in your individual presentations. Make sure to prepare for the Pareto (the recruiters) assessment centres, which centre around the ability to work as part of a team - making your ideas are heard while not overly dominating, working as a whole group for the good of everyone, and thinking laterally. Perhaps be prepared to be a little more assertive than you usually are to ensure you are not ignored by others. The centres use classic psychological games and group exercises so read about some of those online. But, as much as the above is important - be yourself and remember what makes you unique and interesting to them.
