What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Apply the answers to Rolls-Royce and the role you are applying for, take a day to fully focus on it as will pay off in the long run. The number of spaces are reducing so also best to apply early in the year if you want a space on a specific scheme.
Do you have any interview tips?
Was the worst assessment centre I have had so prepare to be tough! Prepare very well but be yourself as they can tell a fake. Perform well in all areas but not at the expence of any of the other candidates, I was put down in a team event for not having a masters like the rest of the group - funnily enough I was the only one from the team to get a job offer so handle it well!
