What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
That i am in charge of my own time. Being a commercial project lead means you know what needs to be done, and it is up to you when these things get done so long as the associated deadlines are met.
Worst
It can be quite time consuming if not part of a wider commercial team. Smaller projects have less staffing allowances, but the same amount of processes and time requirements as bigger projects.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Current salary: £45,000 - £47,000
What hours do you actually work, on average?
Start: 07:30
Finish: 17:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Obviously include your qualifications and show them off, but do not forget to shine a light on the things you do outside work that demonstrate your own personal attributes (team sports, comittment, leadership qualities etc).
