What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Very satisfying when things are going well. Making placements, booking business. Great team around you full of like minded people. Excellent company who reward for your and their success - commission, vouchers, company days, EBT for senior members of staff - this gives you something to work towards.
Worst
It can be demoralising when candidates/clients cancel or things don't go to plan. People can be very unreliable. You aren't selling inanimate objects - you're dealing with people.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
