What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The company has strong ethics and a genuinely supportive culture. Teamwork is a big part of the environment, and there is ongoing training and guidance available, which helps you continually improve. I also really appreciate the people I work with — it’s a positive and collaborative team.

Worst

One challenge is the limited flexibility, both in terms of working hours and the ability to work from home. The benefits package could also be improved, for example, I receive 22 days of annual leave, but 3 of those are automatically allocated to the Christmas shutdown, which reduces the amount of leave I can use throughout the rest of the year.

I was approached by an external recruiter.
