What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Read up on recruitment! It's by no means easy, but if you're fully prepared & aware of the environment you're coming in to then it's great. The hours are long, there are a lot of targets to hit, but as long as you know what's expected of you prior to starting then I think you manage it fine. Hays are great at really laying out the realities in job interviews.
