What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

No one day is the same, and my colleagues are all very supportive. The management is set up very well, and there is always someone to help when needed.

Worst

The role can be stressful and disappointing, not representing the company, but if you have a bad day with clients or candidates you can feel like you haven't succeeded. However, management are supportive, and help give practical reasons why something went wrong, and push you to keep going and ultimately improve.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

They come back very quickly, and are willing to work with you to arrange an interview date that gives you time to properly prepare.

Do you have any interview tips?

As expected, they try to gauge who you are as a person, and challenge you to respond to tough questions and sell yourself as a person. I came away from the interview feeling happy with how it went, and felt I'd done my all. Despite asking tough questions, I never felt like I was being confronted or judged, and felt like I was able to ask questions as well. Now I've been doing the job for 6 months, I know the interview was set up to see how we would respond in the real situation.
