What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Problem solving, tracking down the best possible person for a role and helping them through the interview process using coaching skills. Once you drive a result it is an incredible feeling. You also get to build fantastic relationships with so many people.

Worst

Big highs vs big lows. You need to be resilient and be able to pick yourself up after a disappointing result and bounce back.
