Best

Great team culture that will push you forward on the days when things aren't going so well.

Support and development from the Sales Director and CEO if asked for - they put a lot of time into you if you show that you care about your job.

Worst

Long hours - same in every job.

Constant change and restructuring. Often hard to keep up with what is going on.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Be prepared for hard work - not an easy job but can do fantastically and earn a lot of money if you get your head down.
