What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
make sure you have the requirements they're asking for, otherwise they'll just throw you out anyway without reading. It wastes your time and theirs.
Try to show you have a life other than study, you can twist any activity/club to show teamwork or planning or self motivation.
Ensure you read the business traits they look for and tailor your descriptions to show these qualities in yourself.

Know about the company and their aims but also feel free to show your own opinions and ideas to do things differently. They asked me things like "what type of cars do you think JLR should focus on making in the future" (ie off road, luxury, family sedans...)
