Start: 8:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The paperwork will look really good but you must be aware that when they mean hands on it is hands on. Dont be suprised if you find yourself working 10-15 hours extra a week, dont be suprised if your put in the freezer for the whole day, and dont take it to heart when you are spoken down to by other senior members of staff. Do not be afraid to put your foot down.
